Executive Chef Miguel Ortiz and Ray DeJohn Director of Sales and Marketing at Hotel Granduca join the Austin All Day podcast.  Chef Miguel is very proud of Visconti Ristorante and Ray DeJohn has been with the hotel since its start in 2015.  We get into some excellent features of the hotel and Chef Miguel and Rays background.  It was a pleasure to have these two in the studio and we hope to get them both back in soon.  Enjoy!
