Chef Britt and Chef Jim join the Austin All Day podcast.  Before Chef Britt departs to Dallas and passes the torch to Chef Jim to run the show at Holy Roller we sit down for a conversation.  It’s always bittersweet seeing a Chef leave Austin to pursue other dreams and she’ll most definitely be missed.  These two are a great team and it was a blast having them in the studio.  Enjoy.
