This episode was recorded April 3, 2019 with the intention to test the audio and brainstorm a format and create questions for the podcast. The following day Chef Joe Zukrel of Culinary Drop Out came in for Episode 01 and we had a blast. Chef Joe Z is coming back to celebrate Episode 100. He was scheduled to come in April when the podcast turned 1 year old but COVID-19 happened. I told Mateo that the only way this would be released is if the podcast was successful for a year. We have past that point and had a blast doing it!
