Episode 18 - Pastry Chef Mike Winkelman of Lonesome Dove

Pastry Chef Mike Winkelman of Lonesome Dove joins in on the Austin All Day podcast.  Chef Mike has been with Lonesome Dove since they opened their doors.  From California to Marthas Vineyard where he met his now wife, we talk a bit about cycling, the city of Chicago and gardening.  Chef Mike came to Austin with a band Empire Of Shit but he has now found his true comrades at Lonesome Dove.  He'll be back on the podcast very soon with Chef Phil  from Counter Cafe.  Stay tuned into Austins culinary frequency for that.
