Chef Christian of OP Italian in the JW Marriott joins the Austin All Day podcast.  Chef Christian and I talk about everything from his roots in Puerto Rico to different knife steels.  Chef Christian brought to light some very good conversation points that can and will be revisited in future episodes.  Chef Christian is a great guy and I always enjoy seeing him.  I was honored to have him sit down in the studio and get out of the kitchen for a bit.
