Episode 10 - Pastry Chef Dylan Cleary of Italic

Pastry Chef Dylan Cleary of Italic joins in on Austin All Day before departing to Oregon.  Our first Pastry Chef and she did not disappoint.  A free nomadic spirit with dreams to travel and a serious passion for baking.  From A.I. to aliens Chef Dylan and I touched on everything from bread, to composting, to entertaining conspiracy theories.   Chef Dylan has lead a career working at  some highly sought after restaurants and she’s now taking a step back to get out of the city.  She will come back and tell us about her journey when she returns..
