Chef Michael Wake is the owner of the brunch spot The Funkadelic.  He also works full time as a private Chef and is also a loving father of three.  We learn a lot about the Funkadelic and a bit about where Chef Michael Wake began his culinary journey as a Chef.  Chef Michael is an awesome guy with a excellent team behind him.
