AxiomSL and Calypso Technology have merged, announces Thoma Bravo. Didier Bouillard, the current CEO of Calypso, will lead the new firm. Calypso and AxiomSL will form one of the most comprehensive cloud-based solution providers in the financial industry when they join forces.

Hyreo, a provider of candidate relationship management tool, has raised an undisclosed amount in pre-Series A funding from Callapina Capital, other investors. It aims to expand its team size, doubling its headcount in the subsequent year and eyes international expansion using the amount raised.
