Conflict seems to be integral to the human condition. Unavoidable, difficult, and left unchecked and unresolved, we are left with trauma and tragedy.
We see it played out across our sightlines every day. Opposing ideologies, beliefs, and narratives clash in hotspots around the world, and on a smaller scale, in our own homes, workplaces and communities.
Lynn Bevan, mediator, author, and speaker, walks us through why we persevere in our conflicts, and the critical role a neutral party can make in finding our way to resolution.
