Amy + Lauren

Amy is a certified life and grief coach. After losing beautiful Lauren at 39.5 weeks and River at 14 weeks, she combined her own experiences with stillbirth, weeks, miscarriage and pregnancy after loss with powerful mindset tools to help moms find themselves again after baby loss. This conversation is raw and real covering all emotions that grief entails.  Her message of how we're all so different yet so similar in grief, how we should grieve how we need to, and that there is hope and light waiting for us when we are ready, is an intensely important message for all.
