Is the Holy Spirit Greater than the Son of Man?

The Son of Man:

John 6:63 ESV

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life.

The Holy Spirit:

• The Father of Jesus Christ (gave birth to Jesus and gives birth to all Disciples of Jesus Christ)

Luke 1:35 ESV

And the angel answered her, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy-the Son of God.

• The Holy Spirit is the Doer of the "Works" in the life of Jesus Christ and everyone after Him. 

John 14:8-10 ESV

Philip said to him, "Lord, show us the Father, and it is enough for us." [9] Jesus said to him, "Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, 'Show us the Father'? [10] Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in me? • The Holy Spirit is the Convicter. No one can be Saved except by the Power of the Holy Spirit.
