#172: Michael Sgouros (pt. 1 of 2) (Music, Theatre)

This week on the podcast is part one of our interview with Michael Sgouros. Michael is owner of the historic Players Theatre, a 200-seat Off Broadway theater in NYC. Also in the building is a 50-seat theater, rehearsal spaces, an office suite for arts organizations, and the famous Cafe Wha?. Michael will describe how he came to own a theater, and how he created a fulfilling life by combining his interests in music, theater, and real estate.
