Madhoo Seth, along with her husband Vipul came to the States in 2000. Together they have built three successful businesses revolving around culinary, service and the event industry. A once fashion model and actor in India, Madhoo turned her love of food and spices into The Gourmet Kitchen Catering where she serves as president and executive chef. Needing a home base, Madhoo and her husband opened Copper Leaf Event Center in Broomfield, Colorado. The location is suited to host any type of event and includes an expansive outdoor garden area where her company grows hard to find veggies as well as herbs and spices used in their dishes. Recently she launched Vivaah Productions providing luxury Indian wedding planning services. Madhoo pours her passion into both her cooking and her business acumen and has worked to infuse green initiatives and sustainability into all the events and services her companies work with.
