Ep15: Reed Silberman

Sitting down to chat with Ink Monstr founder and CEO Reed Silberman is like taking a master class in what it means to give blood, sweat and tears to build a successful business beyond one's dreams. After a few years chasing the almighty dollar on Wall Street, Reed's search for a more meaningful existence brought him to Colorado to pursue snowboarding and shredding the gnar. He found himself living in a van in Aspen, Colorado, teaching snowboarding and launching a fledging sticker company. Fast forward thirteen years and the company has grown into Denver-based Ink Monstr, a full service print shop creating large vinyl wraps, apparel and yes, lots of stickers.



Reed shares his thoughts on pursuing excellence, what it takes to become a successful leader; in art or in business and how being named the Colorado's Small Business Person of the Year has opened doors and created opportunities he never thought possible.
