Ask any actor and they will tell you that comedy is by far the hardest acting genre there is. Getting an audience to laugh is a tough art for any actor. Only a true master can add improv to the mix and do it night after night. To call Nick Guida a master comedian is indeed an understatement. Guida is an actor living his passion every day. He spent years honing his craft and along that journey discovered that comedy is without a doubt his very favorite way to engage with an audience. As his career wound through film and stage, Guida ended up at the Adams Mystery Playhouse. He evolved from office assistant, to performer, to writer & director. Along with owners Marne Wills-Cuellar & Carlos Cuellar, the Adams Mystery Playhouse has grown into Denver, Colorado's only full-time mystery playhouse. To see a show is to experience true comedic masters Guida & company at work, or more appropriately, at play in their art.
