Darius and Nyah talk to Miami-born artist,  LaVie. An amazing vocalist with a giving spirit, LaVie talks about her challenges with self-esteem and how she first discovered her voice. She has a bit of a tough time picking her 3 Forever Songs, but she got some good ones.  The conversation takes a very important turn as the group discusses mental health and the need to find enough peace within to pour out into the rest of the world.
