006: Stop! Do You Really Know Yourself?

We can’t know the truths about ourselves if we already think we have it figured out. In order to understand who we truly are, we must be willing to let go of the parts of ouresvles that we have been so tightly holding onto, no mattter how much it sucks. In this episode I talk about the importance of traveling inwards, especially to the places you really don’t want to go. The outside world is a reflection of our inner being, so in order to understand the world we must understand the source of its creation: ourselves.
