How to hire the right Contractor and how to fire when you hired the wrong one

Finding and hiring the right contractor can be stressful. There are some things you can do to find the right contrctor and get the project finished the first time. If you hired the wrong one that is now over their head on the project you can leave yourself locked into the contractor for the rest of the project if you are not careful.
