When people are aware. Mindfulness practice everyday.

Be aware of your emotions. Take a deep breath or a break, be aware of your body and environment. 

 Ground yourself and you will find that you’re not dying.  Be still in the moment. Come back to it. Take deep breaths can calm you down.

Be honest with yourself and how you feel. 

Be gentle with yourself  have curiosity for yourself maybe we didn't know our own shadow.
