"We have this capacity, which is called our Buddha nature. We have this inside of us. So although it often isn't acknowledged, we have this capacity to turn to whatever is difficult, and to begin a path of healing. That's miraculous to me. It's miraculous that we have this capacity to heal, and that we don't have to be any different than we are"
