Arinna gives morning instructions on the power of intention, followed by a guided meditation:

"The theme of this day is beginning again and we'll be exploring through the day the different conditions that support us to come back to begin again. And, the very beginning of the beginning — the ground of being for the returning to ourselves — is placing ourselves in the understanding that we are a sacred being always deserving of love; that we have been given Buddha nature, the capacity to heal, to practice the path and to be transformed by the path"
