Jim talks about when he got into running and how he improved very quickly. He takes us on a journey from juniors to pros. From Harrier leagues in the 50s to gold medals in the 60s. He talks about setting world records, training with other North East greats, and being on the British national team.
Jim shares the importance of hard work and having the right perspective in running, training and in life. He talks about his coaching methods and how he picked these up throughout his professional career.
