Throughout Howie's 52 year career in advertising, from Madison Avenue to sunny California, he became known for creating iconic ads like Alka-Seltzer's "I can't believe I ate the whole thing" and for having the cahones to blow up the "old" Jack in the Box clown when they reformulated.
