The coming Jubilee Year of God

When God led the children of Israel into the promised land he gave them clear rules to bless and to protect them. One was the Jubilee Year, that was coming after the seventh Sabbath year and therefore every 50 years. It was a year of debt release throughout all Israel and even slaves were freed. It shows God's infinite wisdom, that He doesn't want that the debt burden is handed over from one generation to another.
On Yom Kippur, in October 2023 the 70th Jubilee Year will be proclaimed, since Israel entered the promised land in 1406 BC.
