Dealing With Difficult People

One of the most difficult things to deal with in life are people you perceive to be difficult. basically people that get on your nerves, or bother you. it is impossible to agree with,and like everyone you come across. I'm personally still trying to learn how to deal with difficult people. I have co-workers, neighbors and family members that get on my nerves, and I try my best to avoid them but I can't. what I realized is you can try to avoid difficult people in your life and a new difficult person will pop up. it just can't be done. I haven't mastered the art of pretending I like people I don't. if I don't like you there is probably a 100 percent chance that you'll know. it's not one of my best qualities, but it's not my worst either. at least I don't fake it. I just want to treat everyone with a certain level of respect. I don't think I'm disrespectful I just make it a point to try not to deal with people I don't like. I also don't just not like people for no reason. like my neighbors for example. I honestly think they are insane. the cops are at their house often for stupid stuff, like fighting over a lighter on Thanksgiving. they live above me and it literally sounds like they are running back and forth 16 hours a day. also no one works or has a job,so when I leave for work they are outside staring at me, when I come home from work they are outside staring at me, when I have company, walk my dog or just go outside period, they come outside and stare at me. the craziest part is,the main guy is 73 years old. he drinks and plays loud music like he's 23 years old. I think they are complete lunatics. I have a hard time dealing with people like that. That's just an example. I wish I could just ignore it, but it works my nerves so bad. my biggest problem with most people is them being so nosey and interested in what I'm doing. I promise you my best quality is minding my own business. I wish that was other people's best quality. I could care less what my neighbors are doing if they were not constantly watching me. same with my co-workers, family and anyone else. if they would just mind their own business I wouldn't even notice them. I really don't like nosey people. I mean I don't like nosey people with a passion. every since I was a child I never understood why it was so difficult to mind your own business. I'm praying everyday for me to be able to deal with difficult people and for people to stop being so nosey. God help me
