On the aging Pheonix Platform, a processing factory city on 55 Cancri E, the GeneralAI overseer program is failing. This rocky planet is 65 times closer to its sun than Earth and its surface is an ocean of lava andimaginably inhospitable. The Team have to choose a replacement before the AI fails taking down the complex array of protective systems that avoid a catastorphic collapse.
