S1 E13: Race Recap: 2018 Rock 'n' Roll Dallas Half Marathon

Today we’re recapping the final Rock 'n' Roll Dallas Half Marathon in March of 2018, the day after my 30th birthday because there's no better way to celebrate life than running! This race was the culmination of "solid" training, not taking weather into account and me going full pedal to the medal on why I run.
