#228 - Daragh Morgan On: Mizen to Malin Run with a Pram, 13km Swims At Howth and other insane Endurance Challenges

We talk about his first marathon, a mental and physical endurance battle that baffled both Sean and Eric, his attempts to run from Galway to Dublin, and his getting to the final four of the Hellevation Backyard Ultra earlier in the year.

Daragh talks about how he got the idea for a 13 km swim at Howth, his love for sea swimming, and the insane next challenge he's eyeing up.
