After getting the itch for interviewing last week, we continue a mini-series of Eric interviewing people as he interviews another friend and running influence from his profession, Tom Dixon.

Eric and Tom have competed in a lot of endurance events over their past 4 year friendship and have helped push each other to reach new heights in their running goals.

In this episode, they talk about:

 - How he built up his endurance from struggling to do a 2.2k to a 38 minute 10k
 - Finding ways to run on days you feel very unmotivated to
