FMQ 494 Stop Lying To Yourself

We all do it, we all say things that are not quite true, and when we do, our unconscious mind listens in.

And thereby hangs a problem because what you say about how you feel and how you really feel sets up conflicts and also might just get you what you don't want.

Yes, I know I'm being ambiguous because you need to listen and hear this for it to make complete sense and get what you want. Short and sweet
