Do you like the term 'Mental Health Issues' - I don't! Is it a positive description, a specific description or does it make you think the worst?

I believe we should call our issues what they are, not worse and not exaggerated one way or the other. let's have a chat and know how quick we can change our behaviours because that's ALL they are.
