For the week’s workouts:

  • Saturday: 10x 3-minute run / 1-minute walk intervals, followed by a 1-mile walk with the dog.
  • Sunday: 5x 5-minute run / 5-minute walk, totaling 4.3 miles.
  • Monday: 2 rounds of 10-minute run / 10-minute walk.
  • Tuesday: 2-mile walk used as a rest day.
  • Wednesday: 5x 5-minute run / 3-minute walk.
  • Thursday: 3-mile walk.
  • Friday (planned): Hill sprints outside instead of treadmill intervals.
