22, 2016.  In this episode I shared what the first portion of
our trip was like, and serves as an introduction to the whole
experience of Insight India.  Specifically I share how our
group was introduced to the intricate symbolism and meaning of
Indian culture, and how learning of the Hindu mythology provides a
framework for a deeper understanding of the science of yoga.
 This was my jumping off point of the trip and I hope you
enjoy it.
