Second Chances with Liz Wiggins

We discuss pre-trial diversion programs that are offered in various counties throughout the state. Check with your county authorities to see whats offered in your area. As always, these programs are great ONLY if the State can otherwise prove their case against your client; this is not an excuse to plea out an otherwise terrible case for the government.
