So often, we do not take the stance of being friendly to ourselves, we instead unconsciously play the role of being antagonistic to ourselves. We find faults, we blame, we shame. we deprive.
We create hardship for ourselves, because it's a learned condition. And it comes from a deeply rooted scarcity mindset that has been on the planet.
