In this episode, I am recording in the forest at my retreat in Margaret River with my two friends Ena and Victoria.  They help me delve into the Basement, the bottom level of the 5 levels of our conscious awareness, from my book ‘An Inside Job – A practical guide to finding your true self.’ The concept that changed how I view my life and now I feel that I can see it clearer and understand where I am without letting fear take over.
