In this episode of Amplified Impact, Anthony talks about one of the most fascinating and unique individuals he has come across in recent times: Brian Johnson. 

Brian is the founder of Braintree, a company that he sold to PayPal for 800 million dollars. Brian’s focus is currently on the Blueprint Project which aims to reverse aging and improve overall health. He has already succeeded in reducing his epigenetic age by 7 years.

While there are many wild and controversial theories surrounding this project, Anthony does not delve too deep in them. However, he does focus on a concept that Brian shared, which Anthony himself has applied in his life in order to become his best self. 

He calls it “Operation Hard to Kill,” a project he started at the beginning of the year to shore up all the ways life could potentially harm him. 

One of the areas he focused on was hand-to-hand combat and grappling, leading him to start learning Brazilian Jiujitsu where he currently holds a blue belt.
