Digney Fignus went from the underground punk clubs of Boston, to winning MTV's Basement Tapes competition, to an independent roots-based singer-songwriter. His latest release - Black and Blue - The Brick Hill Sessions - features a collection of songs gathered over the past six years. Digney joins me for this edition of Americana Music Profiles to talk about his long, interesting musical career, and this latest project.
