Rev250-038 Capture of Fort Johnson

On Sept. 15, 1775, Provincial forces in South Carolina capture Fort Johnson without a struggle. Col. Moultrie flies his blue flag for the first time over the fort. Royal Governor Campbell flees to a Navy ship in Charleston Harbor.
