The Always Ready Mindset is a podcast of ever expanding resources for assisting in your developing a healthy, strong, wise and adaptive mind, body and spirit. 
A growing community of like minded individuals that seek to embody the elements that comprise the virtues, behaviors and characteristics of a true heroic guardian of the Earth, for Humanity and the cosmos. 

When it comes to the Always Ready Mindset philosophy and approach to living… 

The simple truth is, that we need to push ourself beyond our comfort zones, share what we know, collaborate on all we are collectively learning, doing and becoming, and strive to serve others in ever increasing ways. 

Many of the things I share are connected to the ancestral wisdom I have discovered throughout my drive and desire to study and research my wide field of growing interests… and whenever possible, the ancestral wisdom conveyed will be paired in comparison with modern day science for further credibility. Some people desire to have all the facts, and I will do my best to provide all of the relevant resources I can find. 

For the most part, the things I speak on, write and share on this podcast and platform are from my perspective along with the perspectives of my guests. 

Acknowledging the truth that we are all imperfect and are all working towards figuring life out together.
