Ren MacDonald Balasia from Renko Floral is here to express the importance of recognizing the infinite standards of beauty in art and self expression. She designs from a place of respecting native land, like in her home of Hawaii, while honoring her own artistry. Her business was created from literally finding flowers in the cracks between concrete. We get to hear and relate to how this path is not easy...but worth it to explore the unknown and discover what true success really means.
