On today's episode, we are diving straight into a topic that impacts so many of us with mental health diagnosis or those of us who have chronically felt unable to get love 'right'. I share my experiences with romantic love and the meaning I made of it all- how maladaptive it was, how much pain it caused me, how much it disrupted my life and my other experiences- and then we get into what exactly limerence is, who is likely to be impacted by it, how it can manifest and, finally, where to go once this awareness has dropped into your conscious mind.

Please leave feedback! I would love to hear what was helpful, what you'd like more of on the next deep dive and what insights or information you need more of. Find me at www.katiedoestarot.com or on instagram (always on IG!) @katiejbirch
