All Things Sport - Episode 13: Breaking expectations with adventure athlete, Lauren Morton

Sometimes you meet people who blew you away with their stories, this week's guest certainly did that! This week I was joined by adventure athlete, Lauren Morton aka The Northern Explorer.

We chatted about how she was rescued from sea while attempting her first row across the Atlantic, why she went back to take on the Atlantic again and why she founded Team Like A Girl. Lauren is an unbelievable storyteller, so much so she makes you feel like you are alongside her in the boat. One of my favourite guests so far, so I'm hoping you enjoy this episode.
