I was almost ten years old when I started my first diet and began the cycle of believing that I'm either gaining or losing, and that my weight was worthy of taking front and center in my life and all of its events. Reaching my goal weight hung over me--a dark, looming presence that kept me unhappy and unsatisfied with who I was. I believed that I needed to achieve this goal in order to be okay. Those days are gone! I'm committed and determined to unpack and dismantle belief systems that never served me and were always dysfunctional. Join me!
