Ian Clift is the man behind Sportsfishing Scene at Cavan, which has been one of the state’s leading independent tackle stores since 1981. Clifty has seen the ups and downs of the tackle industry over a number of years, and along with his team, has the best advice on what you need to catch anything from Salmon Trout in the Port River to Barrel Tuna at Port MacDonnell. We chat about how the industry has changed, the effect on the Snapper ban, talk about the reel and rod maintenance that Sportsfishing Scene, and of course talk about all of Cliftys fishing experience around Australia and the world.
