This week we are joined by a ripping guest to chat all things seafood and sustainable fishing. Jeremy Arrascaeta from the hugely popular restaurant Angler, at Stirling. Angler is all about serving high quality, sustainable seafood and their menu features items such as carp bacon, scallop pies and dry aged fish. Jeremy is one of the chefs at the up market fish and chip shop and comes with three Michelen Star experience. He talks all about his love of seafood, how to buy sustainable fish in South Australia and also givens an opinion on controversial topics such as the Seaspiracy Documentary and professional fishing for Yellow Tail Kingfish in SA.
