Menus of Change: The Business of Healthy, Sustainable & Delicious Food Choices is a groundbreaking leadership initiative launched in 2012 by the CIA and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Now in its fourth year, it is working to realize a long-term, practical vision for the integration of optimal nutrition and public health, environmental stewardship and restoration, and social responsibility concerns within the food service sector and beyond.
