36: [INTERVIEW] Surviving a Narcissist, Finding Yourself and Becoming the Woman You Want to Be

I brought my girlfriend Eryn on the show to share her story of overcoming. Some trigger warnings before you listen: abuse, trauma, abortion

Eryn's story is so powerful and I wanted to create space for her to share. Not only to amplify her voice and empower her, but to empower you through her story. I know so much of what she shares and what she has gone through is relatable to so many women. And, the more we share, the less shame we have to carry knowing that we're not alone in our struggles and experiences.
