As promised I followed up the episode with Saara Lahti by speaking to Ella Grad-Arndt who played her ringette in Canada. Ella talks about her experiences and goes a bit more in depth about the skills needed to be effective. She also compares ringette trousers to hockey shorts (though she calls everything pants).
