This morning I had a seizure, but I'm still committed to bringing episodes daily.  While this episode isn't the most exciting - it will shed some light on the chronic neurological condition known as epilepsy.

First diagnosed with Epilepsy at age 13.

Epileptic seizures are episodes that can vary from brief and nearly undetectable periods to long periods of vigorous shaking.
